HBD Sketch

A fun sketch with lots of possibilities created by Lee Ann at Freshly Made Sketches!

I turned the sketch 90 degrees to the right so I could use The Stamp Market's big "HBD" die!

Stamped some yellow gingham along the bottom, and added a die cut sentiment from The Stamp Market's Hip Hip Hooray set.

Added some big flowers from Reverse Confetti's Garden Bunch and leaves from Blooms 'N Buds, then small, purple flowers and leaves from Papertrey Ink's Floral Fantasy sets.

Some Nuvo Drops here and there to finish this sunny spring birthday card! I am also entering this card into the Simon Says Stamp "Work it Wednesday" challenge for March with the theme "spring flowers!" Thanks for stopping by!

Hannelie said exactly what I was thinking, a very clever take on the sketch! The yellow gingham, on the bottom of the letters is a wonderful compliment to the cheerful flowers. What a gorgeous birthday card!
