Coffee Klatch

This week at the Inspired By Challenge the theme is “Cute Critters” with this adorable inspiration photo...

I chose Waffle Flower’s “Coffee & Books” stamps and dies for my card...

Cute Critters galore at this coffee klatch hosted by Big Bear! I colored the images with Zig Clean Color markers and a water brush.

A big wooden desk made with the Woodgrain impression plate from A Muse Studio and Distress Oxide inks. Bits of red gingham added with a vintage backgrounder from Cornish Heritage Farms, and Glossy Accents on Big Bear’s glasses.

Oh how books and coffee (and stamping) are bringing me smiles these days!
Thanks so much for stopping by today!

25 Days of Christmas Tags-Day 2 Inspiration

Next a tag for Tracey's Day 2, sponsored by Altenew. I was inspired by designer Svitlana Shayevich's amazing offset wreath!

For my tag, I used two wreaths cut from green paper and sponged with Distress inks. Cut them with  PTI's Rustic Wreath die and stamped and embossed a sentiment from AMuse Studio. The background is stamped with the Hero Arts Chalkboard background, and the paper bow is cut with a Lil Inkers die.

Round

I'm participating in my first ever challenge round at CASology!  This week the theme IS round!

I thought a snowman made with its three round snowballs would do the trick...

I used PTI's Stitched Circle Tag die and a snowman die and mini stamp set by Sizzix, which I got last year from Simon Says Stamp.  I couldn't pass up some big polka-dotty paper for this challenge!

I stamped a sentiment from one of my favorite sets of all time, "It's a Wonderful Life" by A Muse Studio, then embossed it with silver powder to match his silver hat.  Keeping with the round theme, I added pom pom snowballs for my embellishment.

I will definitely be back to play another round at CASology, so much inspiration to be had there!
