Snowman Soup Sketch!

Another sketch from ME at the Waltzingmouse Sketch Challenge Blog

I just love the top, and the Mischief Makers took this sketch and ran with it, so excited!  Here is my sample:

Stamped the sweet snowman and trees from A Cottage Christmas and the sentiment from Say It Loud-Winter Holiday.  I just got some Jillibean Soup patterned papers for the first time, and they are so pretty!  The pink paper is from the Homemade 6 Bean Soup Collection, and the paper on the trees is from the Christmas Chowder Collection.  I just love the names and COLORS!

Colored the snoman with Copic markers, and added lots of dimensionals here and there.  The star is chipboard, painted first with Tim Holtz Antique Linen Crackle Paint, and then "streaked" over the top with Plaid Folk Art Paint in the color "Vintage White".  I discovered that if you buy Bias Tape and then unfold it and iron it out, it makes the prettiest sheer cotton ribbon!

Now it's your turn!  Upload your creation HERE by next Friday, November 4th.  Ohhh it's getting close to Christmas, and I can't wait to see your creations!  Be sure to include at least one Waltzingmouse Stamps image on your project to be eligible to be the randomly-selected participant who will win a WMS stamp set of choice!

Supplies:
Stamps:  A Cottage Christmas, Say It Loud-Winter Holiday, both Waltzingmouse Stamps
Paper:  Homemade 6 Bean Soup Collection and Christmas Chowder Collection from Jillibean Soup, Vintage Cream cardstock, Papertrey Ink
Ink:  Memento Rich Cocoa, Copic Markers
Other:  chipboard star, button and yellow twinkle sticker from A Muse Studio, bias tape, twine, Tim Holtz Antique Linen Crackle Paint, Plaid Vintage White Folk Art Paint

Kelly, I love your sketch! I was really inspired and was one of the first to post my card on WMSC. You've made a lovely card. A shame you cannot enter in the competition too!
