Friends of Waltzingmouse Stamps Blog Waltz

It's time for another Waltzingmouse Stamps Blog Hop!  This month the theme is Gratitude/Thanksgiving. 


I made a little autumn scene with A Cottage Home, and leaves and a sentiment from Peace and Plenty.  Colored the cottage with Copic markers, and then popped it up with dimensionals. 


The background is made with the Woodgrain Impression Plate from Papertrey Ink.  I then found a basket of scraps from old patterned paper lines that I loved, and paper-pieced the maple leaf from Peace and Plenty.

    Lots to love on this one Kelly. I love the coloring on the house and the paper piecing of those leaves. The embossing on the cardstock is just so crisp too. I love how you popped up the cottage too. Very pretty Fall card!

    Gorgeous!! I just got the woodgrain impression plate. Couldn't stand not having it when I see so many wonderful projects using it! It looks fantastic behind all the falling leaves. Love how you paper pieced them! Your house is especially gorgeous--perfect color!

    Wow! Wow, wow, wow! Where do I start? Every little detail is perfect. The coloring of the cottage, your choice of sentiment, the woodgrain background. But the things that really stand out to me are those lovely little leaves - stamping them on patterned paper - divine!
