Sweet Pea Sketch

Playing along with Freshly Made Sketches this week with this sweet one from Jen Mitchell!

I cut down The Greetery’s “Curio: Divider and Details” die for my card…

I used The Greetery’s adorable new “Baby Face: Sweet Pea” dies with coordinating “Baby Face Stamps,” along with a bit of “Ribbon Maker: Daisy Chain.” Took a dive into the vintage closet with the watering can from Papertrey Ink’s “GreennThumb,” the “Broad Stripe Backgrounder,” from Cornish Heritage Farms, and teeny flower pots and blooms from Memory Box!

Thanks so much for stopping by!

  1. Gah! Too cute, Kelly! I thought about using the curio set but was too lazy to think about the "innards". LOVE those sweet peas!!

  3. Hello! You have such a wonderful flair for the creative use of products. Is there anything you do (in your creative process or in how you organize your products) to help you create uninhibited from the boundaries of product “sets” or even manufacturers. Especially noticed on the Easter egg hunt card you created! Amazing. I do recognize the gift you have! I just don’t know if you had time to maybe give a few tips on your blog sometime. Thanks for your time!

  4. Valerie, I'm not sure if you will see this, but I will definitely try to come up with some tips/a blog post about this! Thanks so much for your kind words about my card-making and for asking such a good question!
