Papertrey Blog Hop


By the time this is uploaded, I'll only have 15 minutes or so to spare!  Here is the inspiration photo for this month's blog hop theme at Papertrey Ink:


...and here is my card inspired by the photo.  Used Guide Lines to make my multicolored background, the butterfly die and image from Love Lives Here, and the sentiment and die from Tiny Tags!

  1. Such a pretty pastel background, Kelly. I especially like the variegated colouring on the butterflies and the little tag on the ribbon makes such a sweet addition.

  10. Your patterned gradient background is fabulous, Kelly! It gives the "rainbow" a lacy, feminine look that is so cool! Love all your other touches too! I'm so happy you could slip this card in in the nick of time, I wouldn't have wanted to miss it!

  26. What a creative take on the rainbow background! Most creative of the entire hop, at least in my opinion. I love those butterflies too. This must have taken a long time to make with all those colors. Very pretty card.
