Colorful Camper

Such beautiful summery colors for the Color Throwdown Challenges this week!  

Purple, mint, hot pink, and teal.

Last night we were sitting around the fire pit at my sister's house on Conesus Lake, and the sky was the most amazing pink!  So I got inspired to go with a night time/camp theme...

Used PTI's Petite Places: Happy Camper set and dies, the Scene It: Mountain View dies, and a sentiment from Pedal Pusher.

I blended Tim Holtz Distress Inks in Picked Raspberry, Milled Lavender and Dusty Concord, then spritzed the whole piece with shimmer spray.  After cutting out the mountains, I embossed them with PTI's Woodgrain Impression plate.  

Added some stickles for the stars that are peeking through the mountains.  I am so glad school is out and summer is finally here!
