Tinsel Cabin Sketch

A wonderful sketch at Freshly Made Sketches from Amy O'Neill!  I just love the way you can use patterned papers with this one...

Another Christmas card, this time with dies from the new Make It Market kit by Betsy Veldman...Tinsel and Tags!

I used the little cabin, tree, and snowman die then cut off the edges to fit the rectangular panel.  Even though it looks black in the photo, the cardstock is dark grey (Flinstone, by Bazzill Card Shoppe).  I ran the piece through my Cuttlebug with A Muse Studio's Woodgrain impression plate.

The sentiment is stamped with Versamark ink on vellum using  Lawn Fawn's "Milo's Alphabet" and heat embossed with white powder.  A little snowflake using a Martha Stewart punch and a scattering of mini gems for snow.  The paper is by My Mind's Eye.

I will definitely use this sketch in the future...thanks so much, Amy!  If you have never visited Freshly Made Sketches, you must go over and see the fabulous samples the Design Team members provide each week!
