I turned the sketch 90 degrees to the right so I could use The Stamp Market's big "HBD" die!
Stamped some yellow gingham along the bottom, and added a die cut sentiment from The Stamp Market's Hip Hip Hooray set.
Added some big flowers from Reverse Confetti's Garden Bunch and leaves from Blooms 'N Buds, then small, purple flowers and leaves from Papertrey Ink's Floral Fantasy sets.
Some Nuvo Drops here and there to finish this sunny spring birthday card! I am also entering this card into the Simon Says Stamp "Work it Wednesday" challenge for March with the theme "spring flowers!" Thanks for stopping by!
Such a clever and beautiful take on the sketch!

ReplyDeleteLove this card! The big letters with the accents of flowers and leaves are so beautiful. What a clever take on our sketch! Thanks for joining us at Freshly Made Sketches!
ReplyDeleteHannelie said exactly what I was thinking, a very clever take on the sketch! The yellow gingham, on the bottom of the letters is a wonderful compliment to the cheerful flowers. What a gorgeous birthday card!
